Bubble.io Expert for Client Database App

Hi there,
We are a handyman company and we need to develop an app that will help us register new clients and works in a database.
We are looking for a talented bubble.io developer to help us setting up this app. We already have a page setup and the database defined.
We will need the followings:
1. The admin must be able to login into the app with user and password
2. Whenever a customer requests a new work order, the admin must enter Name / phone no. / email of the client (if the customer already exists in the database, the form should auto-complete and use that info for the next steps)
3. The admin fills in the work related information, like: date and time / technician assigned / type of work / description etc. and links it to the customer in the database.
4. The admin should be able to see all previous and current works for each customer in a list
5. The admin should be able to access on another page a list of works ordered by the input date and that can be filtered by any of the database fields.
This will be the first phase of the project as we will develop more features in the future, like API integration with our invoicing system, a time scheduler etc.
