Bubble Developer for Contact Form Troubleshooting

I have issue with my contact form, when submit saying Subject line is missing as I have filled also. UI am using Bubble can you please help.
I am currently facing an issue with a contact form on my Bubble platform, and in need of a Bubble expert to resolve this problem.
