Flow of Work Co is a talent insights and opportunity marketplace that connects the skills and aspirations of your employees to your projects, gigs and other internal development opportunities.
We are building a Bubble.io application for organisations and their employees to be able to get insights of their current workforce, with the ability for individual employees to update/validate their profile and set personal career or skill targets. For organisations the data is aggregated through data insights. The opportunity marketplace will be available for both employees and employers.
What you will be doing
*You will primarily be working in Bubble.io on Front-end, Back-end, database development and working with external APIs from within Bubble.io.
*You will also be working on Bubble.io dashboards and data insights and/or security and/or performance and/or setting up multi-tenanted clients.
*You will be working with the 3 co-founders on helping to create and develop our product in an agile environment.
*You may also be working with the rest of our team including a designer, backend developers and data scientist.
*Working with an Australian based team and you are available with min 4h of work hours overlap.
Our preferred candidate is based in Australia or NZ.
Skills
*Strong experience with Bubble.io
*Self-starter and comfortable to self-drive bubble.io development
*Strong problem solver
*Ideally experience with some of the following within Bubble.io
*Data Insights
*Dashboards
*Security
*Performance
*Multi-tenant data setup
*Scaling Bubble.io
*Using Bubble.io with external SQL database
*Using external APIs
*A/B Testing
*Code Documentation likely in Confluence
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Nice to have: you have UI/UX experience as well
*Nice to have: Jira/ Confluence experience
