CV Re-design

I need help redesigning my CV. I would like it to be modern but not too flashy. My current format is a combination of chronological and functional. I am looking for a general use CV rather than targeting one particular job or industry. Can someone help me create an eye-catching, modern CV that stands out from the crowd?

I add some flags for the languagues I spoke, i dont know if we should do the same for the countries that I had lived or studied, these are just suggestions to make it more modern and with some colors
