Vortec Global - Design World Class Product Brochure & Style Guide

I am looking for a professional designer to create a brochure for our company Vortec Global. The intended purpose of the brochure is to educate customers about our products. The designer should create a brochure that suits the Vortec Global brand identity as an industry leader and is professional modern and minimalistic.
The attached file is a mockup of the brochure design, the designer has the freedom and is expected to change and tweak the design to make this a World Class brochure.
As parts of the project the designer must create a style guide for the Vortec Global brand using the current and similar font types in our marketing to date. Attached is an example of what we would like our Vortec Global style guide to include.
All resources and information will be provided to the selected designer for this project.
