- The villa book brochure is specifically designed for guests to know about services.
- The main purpose of the brochure is to inform guests about the available villa options, trips and services
- The brochure should provide detailed descriptions of the villa - the description is ready.

- The design elements and themes for the brochure should be visually appealing in luxury minimalism style.
- The brochure should incorporate pale colors, luxury fonts, and images that showcase happy families enjoying their vacation. The villa book is for print, so as little colorful elements as possible.
- The designer should create a layout that effectively presents the information while maintaining an engaging and easy-to-read format.
- The brochure should be professional, yet warm and inviting, to evoke a sense of comfort and relaxation.
- The ideal skills and experience for this project would be a graphic designer with a portfolio in creating brochures for the travel and hospitality industry.

I'm looking for a designer to develop a luxurious and exclusive villa book to provide comprehensive general information about the villa and the services of my company. This brochure/villa book should be of the highest quality standards to reflect the prestige of my company's brand. Though it will be an approximate template.
There is no need to do perfect. The main purpose - do it fast and put all the info together and build a book structure.
A luxurious touch, creative visual design.
1st villa book - attached pdf. need to change design (make it luxury and simple and less color)
add some welcoming description and enhance the details. The overal structure can be left like this.
2nd villa book - the main task - the book with services that our company provides. The initial file with description (xlsx) will be attached. Using the same design patterns as 1st book, create a broshure with trips and activities. Photos - description - price. (without info on what is included or excluded)
Pleae feel free to find some photos, I will provide as well.
