Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the residential construction project
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budget and timeline
- Communicate regularly with the client to provide updates and address any concerns
Please note that we do not require assistance with the design stage or obtaining permits and licenses. We already have drawings and plans in place, and we will handle the permit and license process ourselves.
