I'm looking for a graphic designer with a professional and technical flair, to help me create various promotional materials for Stellar Green, focused on both residential and commercial solar installations. Your task will be to design:

1. Residential Solar Materials:
- A5 Four-Page Brochure: This should be concise, visually appealing, and informative, highlighting the benefits and features of residential solar installations.
- Tri-Fold Brochure: This needs to be a compact and user-friendly design to engage potential residential customers.

2. Commercial Solar Materials:
- Detailed Handbook (Approx. 30 Pages): A comprehensive guide covering technical details, benefits, and implementation processes for commercial solar installations.
- Tri-Fold Brochure: A summarized content tailored for commercial clients, emphasizing value and ROI.
- A5 Four-Page Brochure: A focused overview for commercial solar offerings.
