Sleek Professional Brochure Design

I'm looking for a graphic designer to create a professional and sleek design for an informational document/ brochure. The brochure's primary purpose is to convey information clearly and effectively, so the design needs to facilitate this. We are a conference management company and this is a list and description of our services.
The design is currently in a word document in a large presentation but needs to be reduced to A4 single or double sided. It does not need to use the same graphics as in the attached document
Key Requirements:
- Graphic design experience, particularly in creating brochures/
- Ability to design in a professional and sleek style
- Understanding of how to design for an informational purpose
