Polish Supplier Packaging Inspection
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need you to travel to our supplier’s warehouse in Poland and carry out a packaging quality check before we authorise shipment. Your focus is on verifying that every carton and inner pack is properly sealed and export-ready. While on site, take clear, high-resolution photos that capture the sealing method, any damage, and an overall view of the packed pallets so I can see context.
Once the visit is complete, compile a concise report by the same day that highlights findings, notes any irregularities, and includes the photo set in an organised PDF or shared folder. A brief call or voice note walk-through of the report is highly appreciated so I can address any issues with the supplier immediately.
Deliverables:
• On-site visual packaging assessment centred on proper sealing
• 20–30 high-quality photos (or more if needed) covering cartons, pallets, and seals
• Same-day written report summarising observations and recommendations, with images embedded or linked
