PDF editing expert required for text replacing job

I need a PDF editor expert to replace English texts on a PDF with ready French translations. I will provide both PDF English file as well as the French translations in a PDF. You simply have to replace the English texts with French translations. Also, I need all the hyperlinks changed to the French website, which is fr. instead of www. All designs, layouts and everything else except the texts should remain the same.

I need someone who has experience and probably a paid/premium PDF editor to do the job ASAP. English PDF is attached.

Payment will be 10 AUD fixed for this task, and I need it done within 5-6 hours max. Don't bid if you don't agree with the price.
