We are generating reports every quarter. The report should be made in Illustrator and we do already have the version from last quarter as AI file.
The report must be ready by Jan 15 in a final version. This means, the printable PDF must be delivered and this file must be approved by the printing company. It's always a little crucial in print projects that specifications are not fully processed and so the document is not accepted by the printing company.
You will get from us the old AI file, photos we have and that can be used. Your job is to present the given content well. If there is the need to buy any stockfile, we can do so. But all artwork and specially the fact that the magazine looks at the end as one piece of a design and not 20 different pages from 20 different people, is your task.
