Label for glass jars, farm grown food

I'm looking for a label design to go on glass jars containing farm grown preserves/jams. The size of the jar is 8-16oz. The name I want is Lonsdale Farm Foods. I am open to suggestions for a design or theme and am eager to see the creative solutions that the right freelancer can bring to the table.
