Interactive E-Boucher HTML Templates

I am seeking advanced HTML templates for e-brochures to be used for Commercial Property Sales and Leasing. These e-brochures will be integrated into our real estate CRM system (Rex — rexsoftware.com) and will be sent directly to clients, including the property price and full property details.

Objectives:
Improve upon the default Rex e-brochure layout, which lacks key information and visual engagement.

Design a more interactive and informative template that aligns with commercial property marketing standards.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
Advanced proficiency in HTML and web design

Demonstrated experience creating interactive email templates or web-based brochures

Understanding of real estate marketing layouts — particularly commercial/industrial property

Strong attention to detail and a good sense of clean, professional design aesthetic

Additional Notes:
The Rex CRM already provides a standard e-brochure, but we find the default layout too limited.

Deliverable:
Fully coded, editable HTML templates ready to be implemented in the Rex CRM

Must be compatible with the Rex system's HTML editor and email delivery process
