FESTIVAL Chips

Hi,
We are a chips manufacturer centered towards manufacturing of Private Label potato chips.
We have monthly requests from other companies to manufacture chips for them. Usually they come with designs, ready to be sent to the printer of the film, but smaller customers will routinely ask us to help them with the design of their packaging needs.
One of our new customers needs a design for a series of 4 flavors; Salt, Habanero, Jalapeno and Volcano. The package is a 5 oz pillow bag. Please find die-line named "420.pdf". Also note that the dimensions are in INCHES. His suggestion for a design is found below as "Papas Festival.png". No more than 4 printing plates, if possible, of which a white background to be printed over. Flexographic print. The pillow bags will be made of OPP.
The designer is free to suggest his/her own new design loosely based on our client's suggestion in attachment "Papas-Festival.png", but the Trade Mark can, of course, not be altered.
The front side is what the consumers will see, so this is the most important part of the job.
The back side will contain panels with Nutritional information, Ingredients as per the panels in "420.pdf".
UPC code for each of the 4 items will be provided as soon as I receive them from our customer.
