Executive Slide Deck Development

Job ID: 39420748

Budget: $25 – $50 AUD

I'm looking for a professional to create a comprehensive slide deck for a conceptual framework on a leader development program. The primary goal of this slide deck is to inform and educate senior management.

Key requirements include:
- A focus on 'Vision and Goals'
- Professional design and layout
- Clarity and conciseness in content
- Core value of desired risk behavior be reflected throughout the outcomes of the training.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in creating executive-level presentations
- Strong understanding of leadership development concepts
- Proficiency in PowerPoint or similar tools
- Excellent graphic design skills

The final product should be polished, engaging, and suitable for a senior management audience.

Overarching framework of the program:
I want the program framework to be targeted and designed at three different layers of leadership:
1. Management Level: This refers to individual who is in a leadership position and oversees or manages the company as an organisation or division, such as management committee or business function heads. So their competency level includes obviously the leadership management technicals, which includes governance, risk management, compliance, and the technical functional and the non-technical functional as well.
2. supervisor level, which refers to an individual who leads larger teams and provides supervisory oversight or guidance to the team members. So those can be team leaders who are one down from the business or the functional heads. So this layer obviously still needs to maintain the leadership's competencies, as well as supervisory competencies, and technical risk management and compliance, also technical functional and non-technical functional as well.

3. Staff level: individual who contributes to a team or the organization but does not really lead or supervise others. So those are people who is not in the management committee, or not a functional head, or not a leader who is one down from the functional heads as well. So those people obviously don't need to exude leadership competencies, they only need to have technical risk management and compliance background, also technical functional and non-technical functional

The program should also have the company’s desired core values being reflected throughout center and forefront throughout the slides. I will give more details on the company’s desire core risk behaviors later on in more details.

So currently I just need a draft conceptualised design framework on this leadership development program. Once the design is out which I can then take to the client for workshop, then I can consider the actual training content of each training modules to offer. But before that I need a few slides of a conceptualised framework on the design of this program.
