Engaging Marketing Materials for Property Investment
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
As an investor in property groups, I'm looking for a talented designer to create full-of-life marketing materials.
This includes:
- A flyer (dimensions: 800cm x 2000cm)
- PowerPoint templates (including title slide, content slides, and concluding slide with "Contact Us" and "Questions")
- A 20-page product information booklet - designed
- Banner for Desktops as background
Key requirements:
- Design should be colourful and engaging in style.
- Content should appeal to property investors interested in group investment.
- PowerPoint slides to include product info, pull-up flyer design, user layers and colours layouts.
- Integration of Australian outback and suburb houses imagery, with a focus on beautiful farmlands.
- No need for Charts, Graphs, or Embedded Videos, but I am open to the inclusion of Infographic Slides.
Ideal freelancers will have experience in marketing, property investment, and the ability to create captivating visual designs. Your job is to make complex property investment information accessible and enticing to potential investors. You'll be given free reign on the creative direction, provided it resonates with our audience.
