Electronic Wedding Document Automation

I need three wedding-related documents set up for electronic filling. These documents should be easily accessible and editable online.

Documents needed:
- Client Information Form
- Florist Service Agreement
- Payment Calculation Sheet (self-calculating)

Requirements:
-Must look stunning, very similar to our current paperwork. May be exactly the same borders and logo, please, unless you have better suggestions.
- Online access and editable
- User-friendly interface
- Self-calculating functionality for one document

Ideal Skills:
