Electronic Brochure

I would like to have a brochure designed in PDF form. This brochure will never be printed, it will only be used in electronic form. The intended audience is only for one person. The font, colors, and layout must be large and clear. Simplicity and clarity in the design is essential. There are numerous hyperlinks in the document. It may be beneficial to add buttons for those hyperlinks so they appear clearer are more accessible.
