Design a Premium 20-Page Institutional Strategy Booklet (Canva – Print-Ready)

We are seeking a highly skilled graphic designer to create a professionally designed, print-ready 20-page booklet in Canva. This is not a simple slide deck or brochure. It is a refined, executive-level institutional strategy document that will be used in private one-on-one fundraising meetings and distributed as a premium leave-behind piece.

The tone must be:
- Quietly powerful
- Executive and restrained
- Institutional and disciplined
- Modern but not trendy
- Sophisticated without being flashy

This should feel like:
- A private equity capital memorandum

3. Legislative District Map Integration
You will:
- Import official Ohio House and Senate district maps
- Highlight specific districts (we will provide numbers)
- Ensure no partisan coloring
- Maintain a restrained, institutional appearance
- Add subtle labeling without clutter
- Maintain high resolution
4. Photography Sourcing & Treatment
You will source high-resolution imagery representing:
- Columbus City Hall
- Ohio Statehouse
- Ohio Supreme Court / judicial architecture
- Infrastructure / construction environments
Images must:
- Be licensed for commercial print use
- Be modern and sophisticated
- Avoid cliché stock imagery
