I am in need of an experienced designer with a knack for creating distinctive and memorable logos, and who is well-versed in color palette and typography selection. Your main responsibility will be to:

-Brand Strategy: Developing an understanding of Wegrow's ethos, target audience, and market positioning.
-Logo Design: Creating a distinctive and memorable logo.
-Color Palette & Typography: Selecting colors and fonts that reflect Wegrow's brand personality.
-Brand Guidelines: Compiling a brand manual detailing logo usage, color palette, typography, and other
essential brand elements.

Additionally, I will require your expertise to create various brand collateral items which include:

- Business cards
- Letterhead
- Brochures
- Landing page
- Editable email signatures
- Stationary
-T-Shirt, Sweater Design
- MS Teams, Google, Zoom Background Designs (3 Different Designs)

Ideally, you have a wealth of experience in brand strategy and are capable of creating brand guidelines that will dictate the direction of my brand's identity. The end goal is to create a cohesive and attractive brand identity that resonates well with my target audience.
