Company SOP - MOP Document Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a Company/ Contract SOP - MOP document that needs to re-Designed. ( An NDA needs to be signed)
The 51 page document needs to be redesigned completely including all the figures - tables and pictures.
The Data is not to be changed but needs to be remodeled to add a professional look and feel to it.
Requirements:
1- Design of a template - Empty template to be submitted with different background edits with colors that are compatible with company logo
2- Design of Tabular data formats for different figures
3- Design of templates to include the pictures in the Document
4- Design of templates to portray the different charts and SOP's in the Document
5- Design of templates to portray Contractual Data - KPI's and SLA's
6- Final Template inclusive of all Data and Design to be submitted after approval of original template.
In case there are alterations to the Data or pictures in the Document, The designer needs to share the details of the changes before implementing them or request additional pictures or replacements.
The files in their final format needs to be editable in order to allow future amendments to the data incorporated
This file is to be used as an internal document for on-boarding resources, and the design needs to be flexible for both softcopy and hardcopy purposes while clearly reflecting the details of the document.
