Community Relocation Magazine on Local Amenities

I’m putting together a concise relocation magazine that helps highlight our area offerings and assist new residents by showing them exactly where to find everyday essentials and amenities.
I have an outline of topics and a style reference, but I’m looking for someone who can flesh it out fast: write clear, welcoming copy, verify local details, secure high-quality imagery (stock or on-site), and build a clean, print-ready layout. Canva is preferred so I can update the file later if needed.
This needs to move quickly, so if you can deliver a polished 16–20-page PDF plus the editable source files within the next few days, let’s talk. Please include samples of past work—magazines, brochures, or any multi-page print pieces—in your proposal so I can gauge fit and turnaround speed.
