I'm in need of an exceptional freelancer who can design a captivating .PDF property brochure for a commercial property we are selling. This project requires:
- Crafting a 2-8 pages brochure
- Including precise property features and detailed floor plans
- Incorporating aerial maps and high-quality pictures (I'll provide these)
- Adding electronic links I'll provide
- Creating a design that appeals to our target audience: potential buyers, real estate agents, investors as well as potential tenants.
The ideal freelancer for this task should have extensive experience in designing property brochures and possess a keen eye for detail. Skills in layout design, information organization and proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat or any related software will be highly considered. Your ability to create a clean professional look is quite essential. I look forward to seeing your bids.
