Brochure disgning

I am looking to create a brochure to promote a product or service. The brochure should have a modern style, with no more than 5 pages. My goal is to create a brochure which is professional and eye-catching, helping to effectively convey my product or service to the target audience. I will provide the necessary information and assets required for designing the brochure but may need support from a design expert to help me achieve the perfect final product.
