Abigail Book

I have completed a book on Abigail. It is based on 1 Samuel 25 in the Bible, the story of Abigail and David. It is completely edited and ready to place in InDesign. I have InDesign and InCopy on my computer, but am very unskilled at using it.
It is formatted in Word, and is about 220 pages, when formatted as a 5.5 x 8.5 paperback. Text is currently in 11 pt type; I'd like it to be 12 pt unless it makes the book too lengthy.
