Sony UVW 1800 Betacam SP repair

I am in need of a skilled professional to repair my Sony UVW 1800 Betacam SP deck, as I am experiencing playback issues (error code 09-221). I believe this is perhaps the only issue, but I do not know for certain (just purchased used).
