Looking for a Online Web TV Channel Media Expert to Create a New TV Channel

I am looking for an Online Web TV Channel Media Expert to help me create a new TV channel focused on news, sports, geo politics and current affairs. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in the following areas. Primary source of Revenue shall be Paid Advertising and Paid Product promotion to worldwide audience. We will use Google Adsense account to deliver Ad content, besides the Youtube generated Ads.

In summary we want Live Producer Studio Setup, Live Broadcast and VOD Setup, Ad Revenue Setup

Target Audience:

Content:
- The channel will primarily feature news broadcasts, Webinars, Live Reporting and Live Polls. The channel should also live stream to other media outlets such as Youtube, Facebook etc.
