Calculated Loss LAN
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We're running a LAN in Los Angeles, California at Localhost Fullerton from August 19-20 for about 9 hours each day. We'd be looking to hire a broadcast technician to bring cameras, mics, lighting, etc. for the broadcast that we will have. To be clear, this project requires you to be IN-PERSON in LA for this event to help set up.
We would have 1-2 hours of pre-broadcast content, a ~5 hour tournament with casters, and then ~1 hour of a sendoff.
During the pre-show we'd have a gameshow set up with a host and 3 contestants that would need a camera for broadcast and a mic for each person (or at least one for the host and one for the contenstants).
During the tournament we'd need a camera and mics for the casters (2-3 at once likely). Then for the intermissions we'd have a camera facing out into the venue while we set up the next games. This would just be a simple sort of "b-roll" portion to fill some space between games.
