Convert Technical PDF to DXF

I have a PDF file, and one very small section of the PDF is what I need converted to a DXF file for my waterjet operator.

Within the PDF what I need converted is only the part for the Gusset it's a very small triangle on the PDF that is marked 1 X 1 X 1/2 Gusset (8-Places). I have circled it in Red.

instead of the 1" x 1" I will actually need the dimensions to be 1.125" x 1.125" to account for some overage for the part to be final machined after.

I need this pretty quickly, please.
