Full Commercial Brickwork Estimation

I need a seasoned estimator who can turn the detailed architectural drawings I already have into a complete, numbers-ready package for upcoming commercial bricklaying jobs. Your task is to take those PDFs/DWGs, extract every relevant quantity, and convert the results into a clear cost picture that I can hand straight to clients and site managers.

Because I selected “Full project estimation,” I am looking for more than a simple material list. I need the whole scope wrapped up—from bricks and mortar to labor hours, crew makeup, and any plant or scaffold allowances that affect the bottom line. An industry-standard platform such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, CostX, or an Excel workbook with linked formulas is fine as long as the calculations remain transparent and I can audit them later.

Please include the following in your hand-over:

• Material take-off with coded reference back to the plan sheets
• Labor breakdown: gang size, productivity rates, total hours, and cost per hour
• Cost summary consolidating materials, labor, equipment, overhead, and contingency
• Assumptions sheet explaining wastage factors and any exclusions
• Native file plus a locked PDF report for sharing with stakeholders

I will provide the full drawing set and any specification notes as soon as we agree to start. Accuracy and clarity are critical; if I can trace every number back to a line item on the plans, we are in business.
