Year-Long Branded Newsletter Templates
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a set of twelve monthly newsletter templates that stay perfectly on brand while giving me the flexibility to update content myself. For every month you’ll supply two matching files: a responsive HTML email version and an editable Microsoft Word file that I can quickly save as a PDF for print or web download.
Each template must follow the brand guidelines I’ll share, using the exact colors, fonts, and logo treatments. The layout should feature a clear header with my logo, generous image placeholders for hero and secondary visuals, and a footer that neatly holds our contact information and legal copy. Consistency is key, but I still want room for subtle monthly accents—think seasonal imagery or section swaps—without breaking the core structure.
Deliverables
• 12 responsive HTML files, tested in major email clients
• 12 editable Word documents mirroring the HTML layout
• Embedded brand colors, fonts, and styles in both formats
• Clearly labeled image placeholders and text styles
• A short hand-off guide explaining how to update content and export to PDF
If you’re comfortable working with HTML/CSS for email as well as advanced Word styles, this will be a straightforward project. Let me know your timeline and any similar work you’ve done, and I’ll send over the brand package and sample content so you can get started.
