I am looking for a clean, versatile and eye-catching logo that represents my brand perfectly. The logo should look professional on website, social media profiles, business cards, signage and all marketing materials.

Key Requirements:
- Modern, minimalist and bold design with clean lines
- Must include "Yadav Ventures" clearly and make it memorable
- Should work well in both color and black & white versions
- Versatile for small and large sizes
- I will provide preferred colors and any tagline if needed

Deliverables Required:
- Original source files (Adobe Illustrator AI + Photoshop PSD)
- High resolution PNG, JPG, SVG with transparent background
- Black & white versions
- 2-3 logo variations initially
- 2-3 rounds of revisions on the final chosen design
