Project overview
I need a professional designer to convert a detailed Microsoft Word documents into a high-quality PDF document suitable for use as supporting materials in an Australian CSF (Crowd-Sourced Funding) offer.

1. CSF Document - a statutory document which covers mandatory information and;
2. Support Document and Appendix - a support document that provides detailed background information.

These are separate but need to be designed with similar look and style.

The CSF document is a pretty “dry” statutory compliant document that follows the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC) guidelines. So there’s not a lot of design licence on this one and you’ll need to basically set a general theme and follow the text.

The Support Document is very different, as it can be designed as you like, but clear enough for the reader to see the “follow-on” similarities. Consistently themed, but more graphics here as you have more creative licence in this document.
The task is not content creation, but professional formatting, visual refinement, and brand-aligned presentation.

The final PDFs must be investor-grade, clear, consistent, and polished.

• Clean section breaks and headings

Tables, charts, and graphics
Several documents include tables and structured financial or operational data. These must be
