Visual PDF Org Chart Creation

I have all employee names, titles, reporting lines, and head-shot images ready; what I lack is a polished organizational chart that brings everything together in one clear document. The finished chart will live inside our intranet for day-to-day reference, so internal readability is the top priority.

Scope of work
• Compile the supplied names, titles, reporting relationships, and photos into a single PDF org chart.
• Represent every level of the company—Departments, Teams, and Individual roles—so staff can trace any position back to the top at a glance.
• I’m flexible on the exact layout. A traditional hierarchical look might work best, but if you have another structure that improves clarity, I’m open to it.
• Ensure the file prints cleanly on A3 (or US Tabloid) and also scales well on-screen.
• Provide the editable source file (Visio, Illustrator, Lucidchart, or similar) alongside the final PDF so we can update it later.

Acceptance criteria
1. All names, roles, and reporting lines match my master list.
2. Every photo is correctly paired, properly cropped, and consistent in size.
3. PDF exports without blurriness or broken links; fonts embedded.
4. Source file opens without missing assets or proprietary plug-ins.
