Toastmasters Logo and Brand Guide
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m ready to refresh the Guild of Professional Toastmasters identity (https://guild-of-toastmasters.co.uk/guild-of-professional-toastmasters/). The brief is simple: create a standout logo that feels at home on a wedding invitation, a black-tie dinner programme and a modern website alike. I need to see 4-5 clear stylistic routes—classic, elegant, contemporary, modern—so I can judge what resonates most with our members and clients.
Our ceremonies always feature a gavel and our red tailcoats are instantly recognisable, so a clever nod to at least one of those symbols should appear in each concept; the execution, colour balance and prominence are up to your creative eye. The finished mark has to balance three overlapping moods: formal professionalism (we run the room), friendly approachability (we put nervous couples at ease) and a touch of luxury (we belong in five-star venues).
Deliverables I expect:
• 4-5 logo concepts (classic, elegant, contemporary) presented on neutral backgrounds and in situ mock-ups.
• Colour, black-only and white-out versions for each concept in AI, SVG, PDF and high-res PNG.
• A concise usage sheet outlining colour values and minimum-size rules.
• If one concept is approved, an expanded brand guideline document can follow as a separate, fairly priced milestone.
Please confirm your typical turnaround for first drafts, any questions about the guild’s traditions or visual references you need, and samples of previous identity work that show you can blend heritage with modern polish.
