Tier-1 Legal and Commercial Construction Consultancy Slide Deck

Job ID: 40591338

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

Overview
I need a designer to turn my rough, 15-page outline (information and inspiration to be obtain from attached documents) into a sharp, client-facing slide deck that looks and feels like it came from a global Tier 1 consultancy.

Audience
The audience will include government departments and top-tier EPC contractors, so every slide has to project authority and polish. In this instance it will be the Uzbekistan government who will be building a nuclear power station.

Style & branding
• Visual tone: corporate and clean (no experimental layouts or playful graphics) - check out the top tier law firms for inspiration on professionalism.
• Branding assets: logo, colour palette, and typography guidelines will be supplied and must be followed precisely.

Content to cover
I prepared 2 sets of slides myself and another 2 by Claude. The draft prepared by Claude already sketches the flow; your job is to elevate it - the content is sometimes short in areas - you have to be careful not to write too much.

I also provided 2 papers that we prepared which can also be used. Finally I provided a Nuclear power deck produced by ARUP, the pictures in this are good and also some content. By the final page I want the following story told seamlessly:

1. Foreword / A message from our managing director
2. Who we are - About ICON
3. One integrated team
4. Our edge and approach to delivering legal, commercial, cost-control, and programme-planning solutions
5. Core practices
6. Capability
7. Our edge - Language no longer a barrier
8. Insert?
9. Sector coverage (energy, construction, infrastructure) and capability statement
10-12. Case studies that demonstrate measurable impact
13. Additional project experience
14. Key personnel with concise bios and headshots
15. Closing contact / call to action

NOTE: The above is only a suggestion, if you determine there is better then we will follow it.

Deliverables
• Fully editable PowerPoint (.pptx) plus a press-ready PDF
• Consistent master slides, professional iconography, and high-resolution imagery
• Clear visual hierarchy, restrained transitions, and file size under 15 MB

Acceptance criteria
✓ All sections above present and on-brand
✓ Photographs, colours, fonts, and logo usage match guidelines exactly
✓ Deck length ~
14-15 pages, flowing logically with no overcrowded slides

Timeline: once assets are shared, I’d like a first draft within 3 days and the final version 2 days after feedback. If you have a portfolio that shows comparable work for blue-chip or Big-Four style firms, please include it so I can move quickly.
