Tech Ninjas Website Redesign & Branding with Logo and Linkedin Banner

I need a redesign of my existing website, tech-ninjas.co.uk, for Tech Ninjas, a specialist technology recruitment brand. See key deliverables below and review scope document before quoting.

This is not a brand new business website from scratch in terms of proposition. It is a redesign to make the current site look more premium, modern, credible and conversion-focused.

The website needs to appeal to:

candidates

The business focuses on hard-to-fill technology roles across leadership, architecture, engineering, cloud, product, data and AI.

The new site should feel sharper and more polished than the current version, with a stronger visual standard and clearer messaging. It should compete more effectively with established recruitment sites like Oliver Bernard oliverbernard.com and Harvey Nash, keeping a more focused boutique feel.

I already have the page structure and website copy drafted. I need a freelancer to redesign the site properly, improve the visual quality, and build it in a clean, modern and editable way.
