Spring 2026 Newsletter Creation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a fresh, Spring-themed company newsletter ready to go to print for the 2026 season. The piece will run four to six pages, front and back, on standard 8.5" × 11" full-color sheets, and must feel casual and friendly while still reflecting our construction brand (see www.lobar.com for reference).
Here is what I am looking for you to handle from start to finish: design, layout, and all copy. I will feed you a starter pack—last year’s newsletters for style guidance plus a folder of company photos and raw information—but you will shape it into a cohesive, engaging read. The writing should be conversational rather than corporate, and it must smoothly cover the sections I have in mind: Company News, an IRS Tax Calculator highlight, Physical & Seasonal Health tips, Benefits & Support updates, and a Resources & Support roundup.
Acceptance criteria
• Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi) and layered source file
• Visual theme that clearly says “Spring 2026” while matching our existing brand colors and typography
• A flowing layout where text and imagery feel balanced across 4–6 pages
• Engaging, error-free copy that fits the sections listed above and invites employees to keep reading
Once you’re aboard I’ll supply the reference materials and schedule brief check-ins so we can keep momentum and wrap well before the season starts.
