Project Description:
I am looking for a professional Social Media Manager who can also handle post design and content creation for a cosmetics and skincare brand. This role requires someone creative, reliable, and experienced in producing high-quality, realistic advertising visuals for Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
You must be able to:
Social Media Management
- Create monthly content calendars
- Manage and schedule posts (Facebook + Instagram+ Tiktok reels)
- Write engaging captions (in Arabic)
- Organize posts by product category
- Prepare weekly post plans
- Handle basic community management (comments + DMs)
Content & Design
- Create realistic, eye-catching product images
- Use the exact provided product packaging (no replacements)
- Create images for posts + stories
- Use suitable elements (water, foam, glow, clay, etc.) depending on each product
- Follow brand colors
- Design ads
- Create short reels (15 seconds) using product images
- Ability to retouch or clean product photos if needed

Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management
- Strong design skills (Photoshop / Canva / AI tools)
- Experience with beauty, skincare, or cosmetics brands is a big advantage
- Ability to deliver premium-quality designs
- Must follow brand guidelines

Deliverables Per Month
- 20–25 designed posts
- 10–15 story images
- 6–8 short video reels
- Full monthly content calendar
- Weekly product-focused content plans
