This project should be handled as one well-coordinated package, covering both branding support and full online store development.
Scope of Work
Phase 1: Brand Positioning / Brand Refinement
I want to strengthen the brand identity of my sneaker and jersey business so it feels modern, credible, and appealing to customers shopping for authentic, stylish products online.
The freelancer should assist with:
• Refining the brand presentation and visual direction
• Ensuring the store identity fits the sneaker and sportswear market
• Creating a professional look and feel that can grow with the business
Phase 2: Logo Design / Brand Assets
I need a modern logo lock-up or refreshed visual identity that fits a sneaker and jersey brand.
Logo/branding requirements:
• Clean, bold, modern style
• Suitable for website, social media, marketing, and packaging
• Delivered in vector-ready formats
• Variations for different uses where applicable
Phase 3: eCommerce Website Design & Development
I need a full eCommerce website that allows customers to browse and purchase sneakers and jerseys easily. The site must be visually strong, mobile-friendly, and conversion-focused.
I am open to platforms such as:
• Shopify
• WooCommerce
• Or another mainstream eCommerce platform you recommend
Please recommend the platform you believe is best for fashion retail, product management, ease of use, and future scalability.
Must-Have Website Features
The website must include the following:
• Online store functionality
• Product categories for sneakers, jerseys, and related items
• Product pages with pricing, sizes, images, descriptions, and stock status
• Variant options
• Customers must be able to choose sizes, colours, and available product options where relevant
• Customer reviews
• Reviews displayed on each product page
• Secure payment gateway
• Stripe, PayPal, PayFast, or similar secure checkout integration
• Responsive design
• Fully functional across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Easy product management
• Backend set up so my team can add, edit, and manage products without difficulty

4. Testing and QA to confirm:

5. Handover package, including:

• a short video walkthrough showing how to manage products and orders
