Silhouette Baseball Logo Design

I'm looking for a creative designer to turn a photo of a boy fielding a ground ball into a logo. The design should be a silhouette, capturing the action of fielding. The logo should resemble the style of the Griffey Swingman logo, but as a defender, not a batter.

The logo will primarily be used on t-shirts for a brand called "The Middle Infield."

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong portfolio in logo design, particularly in silhouettes
