How This Will Work (Please Read Carefully)
This is not a typical hiring process.
I’m looking to work long-term with someone who genuinely connects to this brand.
- After reviewing proposals, I’ll select 2 or 3 designers for a paid concept phase.
- Each selected designer will receive a milestone contract to create a first draft.
- Based on those concepts, I’ll continue with one designer for the full project.
- Everyone will be paid fairly for their time and creative work.
What I Care About
- Subtlety instead of noise
- Emotion instead of decoration
- Balance, restraint, and intention
- Design that feels human, not loud
- A logo that evolves naturally, not reinvents the brand
- A hero image that feels like a quiet moment before giving something meaningful
