Retail Invoice Templates for Cin7
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Our retail operation has recently expanded and I now need a complete set of fresh, on-brand documents that drop straight into Cin7 without any extra tweaking. The job is centred around building Cin7-compatible templates that look consistent, read clearly and meet every compliance box we face in the UK.
Here’s what I need delivered:
• Five Cin7 templates: Sales Invoice, Credit Note, Quote, Purchase Order and Purchase Receipt.
• Each file must carry our logo, approved colour palette, VAT and Company numbers, full contact details and a scannable QR code.
• Layouts must suit a retail workflow, showing product images and variant details where Cin7 supports them.
• Final assets supplied in the exact format Cin7’s template editor accepts, plus a sample PDF of each so I can sign them off quickly.
If you have already customised Cin7 documents before, I’ll be able to review and approve this even faster once I see your previous work.
I have attached some templates that our current Square POS system outputs and would ideally like to emulate these in Cin7 with the auto-populated fields included.
