I run a restaurant that celebrates hidangan khas daerah and I want our story and direction to be as memorable as the food. I already have rough ideas, but I need a clear, inspiring mission and vision that place first-rate layanan pelanggan at the centre of everything we do.
Here’s what I’m after:
• A concise, powerful mission statement that explains why we exist and how we will consistently delight guests through authentic regional dishes and warm, attentive service.
• A forward-looking vision statement that paints a picture of where the restaurant is headed in the next three to five years and how exceptional customer care will set us apart.
• A short rationale for each statement so the team understands the intent and can align their daily decisions with it.
