Refine Logo and Brand Identity

I already have a logo concept in hand, but it needs the trained eye of a brand-identity specialist. The goal is to refine the logo element "S" so the mark feels cohesive, professional and instantly recognizable.

Here’s what I’d like by the end of the project:
• A polished primary logo plus any necessary secondary/stacked versions
• Final artwork supplied as editable vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) along with high-resolution PNG/JPG
• A concise usage sheet that shows clear-space rules and basic dos & don’ts for print and digital

If you excel at balancing color and tightening composition, this should be straightforward. I provided the logo file with exact color, and style. I want it in color, black, and white for all media.
