• Creative Storytelling
• Commercial and architectural vision (understanding the project's USPs)
• Ability to develop marketing strategies based on market and project analysis, knowing both the competition and the target audience
• Knowledge of the Dubai-Middle east market
• Understanding of the luxury sector
• Proficiency in writing in american and british english
