Quarterly Startup Magazine Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I publish a quarterly digest dedicated to the startup and incubation ecosystem and I need a designer who can own the full layout cycle from concept to press-ready files. The look I want is minimalistic and clean—white space used wisely, uncluttered grids, sharp typography—yet still engaging for three overlapping audiences: founders, investors, and industry advisors.
Each issue has two cover pages plus 16-20 inside pages that weave together incubation progress reports, founder case studies, data points, and interview features. I supply the copy, images, and basic content plan; you shape it into a cohesive magazine that feels fresh every quarter while maintaining a consistent visual identity. Adobe InDesign (with linked Illustrator/Photoshop assets) will be the primary toolset so that future edits remain seamless.
Deliverables per issue
• Two cover designs (front and back) in print-ready PDF and packaged source files
• 16-20 interior pages fully laid out, press-ready CMYK PDF + packaged InDesign folder
• A lightweight digital-reading version (RGB PDF, ≤15 MB)
Acceptance criteria
• Layout adheres to the agreed grid, margin, and typographic system
• All images embedded or linked at 300 dpi; color profiles correctly assigned
• Internal review file delivered two weeks before print deadline; final sign-off file delivered 48 hours after feedback
This is an ongoing collaboration—four editions a year—so clear communication, punctual hand-offs, and an eye for continuous improvement are crucial. If you thrive on professional discipline and modern editorial design, I look forward to working together on the first issue.
