Professional Brand Guidelines Development
Budget: $149 – $150 USD
Our goal is to consolidate everything that defines our brand into a single, polished document that any designer, marketer, or partner can open and follow without guesswork. The finished guidelines must read—and look—professional and formal, because they will serve as the authoritative source for every marketing touch-point we create.
Scope of work
I will provide existing assets and background on our brand story. Your task is to structure those elements into a clear set of rules and examples that lock in consistency across campaigns, channels, and vendors. Typical sections such as logo usage, colour palette, typography, imagery style, tone of voice, and dos & don’ts should be covered in a way that supports easy reference and future updates.
Deliverables
• Branded guideline document: print-ready PDF plus editable source file (InDesign or similar)
• Packaged asset folder containing all referenced graphics, colour swatches, and font lists
• One-page quick-reference sheet for day-to-day marketing briefs
Acceptance criteria
The document must mirror our current colours and typefaces exactly, showcase correct logo spacing, include CMYK/RGB/HEX values, and use a clean, grid-based layout suitable for both digital and print distribution at 300 dpi. File naming should remain tidy and intuitive.
Send through two or three sample brand books you have authored and a brief outline of your timeline to complete the first draft. I’ll review portfolios promptly and move fast once I see a solid match.
