Premium Logo Design for a upcoming real estate project called KB Central
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
KB Central is an upcoming high-street retail development and I need a logo that instantly signals the upscale, modern character of the project. The building has to feel luxurious without drifting into anything flashy or over-designed, so think refined elegance rather than ornate glamour.
Style
I’m leaning toward a clean, unique mark—modern lines with an elegant finish that would sit comfortably beside other premium real-estate or retail brands. It should look just as strong on large exterior signage as it does on stationery or a web header.
Colour direction
No fixed palette yet; I’m open to whichever tones best convey prestige—subtle metallics, deep neutrals, or other sophisticated combinations. Feel free to present a couple of premium options so we can lock the primary and secondary colours together.
Imagery & form
Nothing overly literal or busy. , avoid anything gimmicky like shopping bags or literal building silhouettes.
